Lush Green Vines and a Champagne House

Claire and Ethan's wedding day was definately a day to remember! I spent the morning with the girls getting ready at Crowne Plaza with us all keeping cool inside with the air-con right up. The girls started to dress Claire and then suddenly the phone rung with some not so fantastic news, the rings had been left at home. After some initial panic, the decision was made to use both Claire's and Ethan's mother's rings for the ring exchange.

The ceremony was held at St Patrick's Nulkaba and was beautiful and went off without a hitch! As we were getting ready to leave the church, someone comes running in excitedly. They had gone and got the rings! So everyone gathered outside the church and a quick ring exchange ceremony was conducted by the priest on the steps of the Church so that the rings could be blessed. After a second first kiss and round of applause, we were on our way off on location.

We spent sometime with the bridal party doing some beautiful portraits in amongst the lush vines before Ethan and Claire jumped in my car to go and get a few more portraits. The reception was held back at Peterson's Champagne House and was beautifully decorated white, ivory and coral rose in jars. It was just stunning!

Thank you both for having me there to share your day with you. Your wedding day proves that while little things can go wrong, it is still the perfect day and it doesn't change the fact that you are marrying your best friend!
