Willow Trees, Clover and Row Boats

I was very excited to shoot the wedding of the beautiful Kelsey and Newcastle Knights player Tyler as Kelsey was one of the first people I ever did portraits of way back when I started Candice Campbell Photography! Their big day was held on a lovely warm Friday afternoon in October. The ceremony was held in the Garden at All Saints Woodville under the shade of the trees. Everyones hearts melted at little as little Lucia walked down the aisle with that big smile of hers and the adorable pageboy by her side with his Knights footy under his arm. As they were announced husband and wife, Tyler surprised Kelsey by dipping her as he kissed her. Just beautiful!

After the ceremony, some keys were tied to a balloon and sent off into the heavens so that their bond could never be undone. After many hugs and well wishes we jumped in the car to make our way to Albion Farm Gardens for our location portrait time. Albion Farm Gardens is always a favourite of mine. I could spend all day there shooting. And Kate is just the loveliest most helpful person around. After we finished the photos with the children and bridal party, Kelsey, Tyler, Merindah and I jumped on the golf buggy with Kate and set off for the beautiful bridge and boat house. When we got to the boat house, the light was just so divine I could resist sending them off onto the lake for their own little notebook moment in the sunset *sigh*.

The cocktail style reception was held back at All Saints Woodville, and there was lots of entertainment, from hilarious speeches, to the photo booth and lolly bar, to Tyler's awesome dancing during the garter toss!

Thank you both for having me there to share your day with you! It was incredibly memorable and still makes me smile!
